Maintenance Control Officer

As an Maintenance Control Officer (MCO) you will work within a small team under supervision of the Chief Maintenance Officer (MCO).

You are responsible for ensuring planning, issuing, following Coordinating & administrating maintenance events.

All maintenance conducted on our Seaplanes must always in accordance with the approved policies & procedures for DCI. These policies & procedures are contained in the various maintenance manuals. which are based on manufacturer requirements, and the Curaçao Civil Aviation Regulations (CCAR's).

The general responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
》Reporting fit for duty
》Planning Aircraft for Scheduled Maintenance
》Planning Team Members for Maintenance
》Planning future Maintenance Events
》Issuing Work Packs
》Following Ongoing Maintenance Events
》Administrating Completed Maintenance Events
》Studying approved Maintenance Data
》Performing Team Briefings
》Maintaining the Parts & Tool Store
》Coordinating Squawks & MEL/CDL Items
》Maintaining Working Facilities Clean
》Maintaining Communication with OCC
》Complying with Company Policies & Procedures
》Complying with Civil Aviation Regulations
》Ensuring a Secure maintenance environment
》Never placing other important matters before Safety

NOTE:
This position can also be combined with more hands-on maintenance as an AMT or AMA.
