Making your reservation
You can make your reservation directly through this website, or through our Virtual Customer Service Center. Our reservations are automatically generated with a 24 hour hold. This allows you to make your payment through your preferred method.
Payment Methods
You can process your payment by Bank Transfer or PayPal.
Booking Confirmation
Upon receipt of payment, your reservation automatically becomes a booking. At this time you will also be issued your E-Ticket & Booking Number.
Changes & Cancellations
Any changes to, or cancellations of your booking can be arranged directly through our Virtual Customer Service Center. For all changes & cancellations it is important to include your Booking Number. The change and/or cancellation policies vary between products, these are further detailed in the Product Description & Conditions of Carriage.
