Changes
Changes to your Booking
Changes to your flight date or time are only available if you purchased Flexibility with your ticket.
First Date/Time Change:
More than 7 days before departure:
Free of charge
Between 7 days and 24 hours before departure:
USD 10 per traveler
Between 24 hours and 2 hours before departure:
USD 25 per traveler
Additional Date/Time Changes:
Any subsequent date or time change is subject to a USD 25 per traveler change fee.
Important
Flight changes are not permitted within 2 hours of the scheduled departure time.
Passengers who do not board their flight as booked and have not changed their reservation before the 2-hour cutoff will be considered no-shows. The ticket will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
When multiple travelers are included in the same booking, any requested flight change will apply to all travelers on that booking. Partial changes for individual travelers within the same booking are not permitted.
