Aircraft Maintenance Technician
In 2023 we will be introducing our Aircraft Maintenance Technician Program. This Zero to Hero program is aimed to train you to become an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT), and build experience within our Airline.
Theoretical Training
The first part of this training program is to build the theoretical knowledge required to become a safe Aviation Maintenance Technician.
Our Ground training gives you in-dept knowledge of aircraft systems, and safe maintenance practices.
Your ground training is completed with a School Exam for which the minimum score is 80%. When passed you will receive your sign-off for the Theoretical Exam as conducted by the Curaçao Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA).
Practical Training
The second part of this training program is to build your practical maintenance & decision making skills. Together with an experienced AMT you will be working on a variety of aircraft.
Your practical experience is completed with an Oral & Practical Exam as conducted by the Curaçao Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA).

The selection
To enroll to this program there is a selection process. This selection requires you to undergo a series of evaluations in order to determine if you have what it takes to become an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT).
General Requirements
Minimum Age: 16
Prior Education: MTS
Important Subjects: Math, Physics & English
