Flight cancellations may be requested at any time through our Virtual Customer Service Center. Refund eligibility is only available for tickets purchased with Flexibility.
More than 30 days before departure:
Full refund issued as Travel Credit, valid for 24 months.
Between 30 days and 7 days before departure:
Cancellation fee of USD 10 per booking. Remaining ticket value issued as Travel Credit, valid for 24 months.
Between 7 days and 24 hours before departure:
Cancellation fee of USD 25 per booking. Remaining ticket value issued as Travel Credit, valid for 24 months.
Less than 24 hours before departure:
Not eligible for a refund or Travel Credit.
Important:
Travel Credit is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may only be used to purchase future flights operated by Fly Dutch Caribbean.
When multiple travelers are included in the same booking, any requested cancellation will apply to all travelers on that booking. Partial cancellations for individual travelers within the same booking are not permitted.
