International Scheduled Flights
Cancellations of your flight are always possible through our virtual customer service center. Eligibility for refunds varies if you have booked flexibility or if you are a silver, gold or platinum member of our frequent flyer program.
>30 Days
Full refund in travel credit (validity 24 months).
Between 30 & 7 Days
Cancellation fee of USD 10 applies (per booking), refund in travel credit (validity 24 months).
Between 7 & 3 Days
Cancellation fee of USD 20 applies (per booking), refund in travel credit (validity 24 months).
Between 3 & 1 Day(s)
Cancellation fee of USD 30 applies (per booking), refund in travel credit (validity 24 months).
Less than 1 Day (24 Hours)
Not eligible for a refund.
International Charter Flights
Cancellations of your charter flight are always possible through our virtual customer service center. Eligibility for refunds varies if you have booked flexibility with your charter.
>30 Days
Full refund in travel credit (validity 24 months).
Between 30 & 7 Days
Cancellation fee of USD 10 applies per person, refund in travel credit (validity 24 months).
Between 7 & 3 Days
Cancellation fee of USD 20 applies per person, refund in travel credit (validity 24 months).
Between 3 & 1 Day(s)
Cancellation fee of USD 30 applies per person, refund in travel credit (validity 24 months).
Less than 1 Day (24 Hours)
Not eligible for a refund.
NOTE:
In case you have booked a seat on a charter flight operated by DCI onbehalf of a Tour Operator, please check with that tour operator which rules apply regarding cancellations.
Local Charter Flights (Within Curaçao)
Cancellations of your local charter flight (these include Aerial Scenic Flights & Seaplane Flights) are always possible through our virtual customer service center. Eligibility for refunds are as follows:
>30 Days
Full refund.
Between 30 & 7 Days
Cancellation fee of EUR 25 applies.
Between 7 & 3 Days
Cancellation fee of EUR 50 applies.
Between 3 & 1 Day(s)
Cancellation fee of EUR 100 applies.
Less than 1 Day (24 Hours)
Not eligible for a refund.
