Onboard Experience
Our team members will guide you to the aircraft via the ramp. Your larger carry-on items will be collected next to the aircraft and loaded into the baggage compartment. Please ensure to keep your battery-powered devices, spare-batteries, medication & travel documents with you in your personal bag.
Safety During Boarding
We know that many of you travel frequently, however please make sure to give us your full attention during the safety demonstration.
Safety Briefing
Our charter fleet comprises a selection of cabin layouts for you to choose from. We offer a wide selection of comfort items including inflight catering. Please contact our Customer Service Center to design your next charter flight to your exact specifications.
Comfort Onboard
During the flight our Crew Members may provide you with important safety information. For your and our safety we advise all passengers that all crew member instructions must be followed at all times.
