At Fly Dutch Caribbean, we are committed to providing a safe, reliable, and punctual service. To ensure an on-time departure for every flight, all passengers are requested to arrive at the airport in accordance with the following deadlines.
Traveling with Checked Baggage
Please arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
Checked baggage will be accepted between 90 and 60 minutes before departure. Baggage presented after the check-in deadline cannot be accepted.
Traveling with Cabin & Carry-On Baggage Only
Please arrive at the airport at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
Security & Immigration
Passengers must proceed through security screening and immigration no later than 60 minutes before departure.
Boarding
Please be at your assigned boarding gate at least 45 minutes prior to departure.
Boarding closes 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Passengers who are not present at the boarding gate by this time will be considered No-Shows. Their reservation will be cancelled, the seat may be released to another passenger, and the ticket will be forfeited in accordance with the applicable fare conditions. Non-refundable tickets remain non-refundable.
