Passengers are strictly prohibited from carrying illegal drugs or controlled substances on their person, in carry-on baggage, or in checked baggage. This applies regardless of local customs, decriminalization, or social acceptance at the point of departure, transit, or arrival.
If illegal substances are suspected or discovered, DCI will deny boarding, refuse or remove baggage, remove the passenger from travel, notify law enforcement, and impose a temporary or permanent ban from future travel with DCI.
Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. All actions taken under this policy are based on safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
