Compliance with National & International Law
Dutch Caribbean Islandhopper (DCI) is an airline certified by the Curaçao Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA), and strictly complies with the Safety & Security requirements as imposed by both National & International Regulations.

Passenger Screening
All departing passengers are subject to screening. Passengers are reminded that Restricted & Prohibited items will not be accepted for flight.

During Boarding
For your safety, always follow the instructions of our agent during boarding.

Onboard Safety & Security

Safety Briefing
Our flight crew will provide a Safety Briefing prior to each flight. We kindly ask for your full attention. All our aircraft are also provided with a Safety Onboard Card for your review.

Crew Primary Responsibility
During all flights (Including: Aerial Scenic flights & Day-Tours) the primary responsibility of the Crew is towards the safety of the flight. We thank you for your understanding that the Pilot will only provide scenic information during non-critical phases of flight.

Compliance with Crew Member Instructions
As per the provisions of CCAR 8.9.2.1 each passenger must comply with the instructions given by Crew Members, and those of our ground handling agents. DCI strictly enforces the provisions of CCAR 8.9.1.1 (Unacceptable Conduct), and will deny transportation of passengers in violation with our safety & security requirements.
